upload traffic maxed

Hey, I can't figure out why my upload traffic exceeded 2 tb in 2 days.
Total activity:
I downloaded about 80 Gb of content to seedbox, the uploaded it to computer.
I streamed some of the content via http and vlc.
I don't understand what happened.
Anyone, can help? Thanks!

Were your files seeding the whole time in ruTorrent?

I have the same issue. Downloaded left seeded less than 100 GB and exeeded uploaded limit in 4 days.

Is there a setting I need for th RU TOrrent? New to this so would appreciate any help on what setting are important.
