URGENT* I'm getting a error reading "cannot seed from 3 connections"

I am getting this error about 3 separate connections from using one seedbox slot and I'm only using rutorrent! I do not use anything else. I'm positive of this!

What's going on? This could get me in trouble so please help me out. I did nothing different. my rutorrent client keeps freezing and saying "request timed out". I really need this fixed asap, please...
