Can't see my PMS anymore after changing my account password

Hello everyone,

Just a few hours ago, I changed my Plex account password for security reasons ( I do it routinely with all my accounts) but after logging back in with the new password my server disappeared!

I also tried the reclaim procedure through SSH but I can't access my seedbox through it, it says "connection refused".

What can I do? Do I need to reclaim my server?

Hi!
Yes you need to reclaim your plex server, probably with the password change you somehow got signed out from your server.
Just visit our guide here .
If you have SSH connection issues, try remotely via the browser .

If you still can't connect, please sent us a ticket from your client area for further assistance
